Collective mentoring supports our ability to live our positive values. It’s that voice that speaks out from each of us, “Young man, young woman, let me share how I found deeper meaning in my life…”
Most young folks we mentor have never witnessed healthy family interaction. It’s hard to live what you have never experienced, much less understand. We have people to teach us how to work out at the gym, buy and cook our food, train our dogs, and how to raise healthy roses. But how many of us have people in our lives to teach us how to love and how to grow a healthy relationship? Regardless of how old we are, regardless of our success in life, we never lose our need for life mentors!
